    1. Drop the enthusiasm- sound genuine, & don’t come off too strong. 2. They don’t want the pitch: understand what the customer wants first and not just immediately. 3. Pressure is a “No, No”: Don’t put too much pressure on a prospect or persuade them. Relax, they usually can tell when you’re doing that. 4. It’s about them not you: Prospects don’t care about you or your products, or services. Their main concern is theirselves and needs. 5. Step into their shoes: Performers can be much more successful from taking the perspective from their buyers. 6. Create Value questions: Create a value by asking questions instead of solving it by what you’re selling. 7. No isn’t bad: Don’t get discouraged because you got a “no” it’s not the end of the world. 8. If you feel it, say it: don’t waste time with those who are not a good fit, be pretty blunt & don’t waste anymore time. 9. Get deep into their challenges: Instead of just understanding & identifying surface level challenges , and understand more of what’s going on. 10. Tie their challenges to value: Find out what it would mean in upside revenue, probability, or savings. 11. Make it a 2 way dialogue: Allow the prospect to do most of the talking, allow them to vent, they would seem more encouraged and interested in listening. 12. Budget comes later: Talk about the price after conversation. 13. Use Feedback Loops: Ask questions that will bring prospect back into the conversation.

    - pressure is a “No-No” is what stuck out to me the most , specifically because : putting pressure on prospects makes them pull back & if that happens how are you possibly going to get your sales out if they’re feeling iffy & weird about the product & salesmen? Remove all pressure from the situation & prospects may reconsider

    This is great advice! It provides sold tips for all experience levels in sales. What resonated the most with me was "if you feel it, say it" and "no isn't bad". Honest and open communication and get through the NO's quickly to get in front of the prospects that will say yes.

    alot of great things were said ! based on the information i got & learned from this video was mainly tip 5 & 6 .. 5 explained being in their shoes basically trying to understand my clients from there point of view & what they care about which is very important because that plays a major part in selling products.. & far as #6 it was basically telling us to create value through our questions which means not only through what you are saying but through the questions you are asking, hear them out & get understanding.

Honesty is the best policy long term. Unless your dealing with chinese in Australia. In that case dont even try to report it. Both potential pms are in on it. Highly illegal and all that.     I own a dance studio and I am having a problem getting my client to understand what they would lose if they Dont register for classes. We deal with the pain points of Children's “poor focus, poor fitness, lack of social opportunity.” any ideas of what my staff could do to get a client to close by asking the right questions?
